Chair yoga is a gentle yoga style that is primarily done seated, or standing using the chair for support.

Classes posted on this page are recordings of live classes streamed via Zoom.
You are welcome to catch us live at 9:15 am Eastern time on Mondays (see the link below), or if that timing does not work for you (or if you simply want to practice more than once throughout the week), the class recordings will be posted here, generally within 24-48 hours of the live class.
